2012 Winter Pole Vault Camp

Overview

In addition to the four training sessions that GVPV hosts each year, GVPV has a camp every year around the holidays.  The GetVertical Pole Vault 2012 Holiday Camp is the best way for high school and older athletes to prepare for the track and field season or for younger athletes to try pole vaulting!  This camp is open to all athletes 12 and older.

GVPV will staff will lead sessions for beginning to advanced vaulters in skill specific exercises, drills, runway jumps and video review.

GVPV focuses on fundamental skill development with an emphasis on safety.  When you walk away from this camp you will be left with drills to prepare for your season.

If you sign-up before 11/30, use the code ‘early’ to receive a 10% discount on the camp price!

Staff

All GVPV camps and club practices are lead by Coach Jason Shimko.  Jason has been involved in the sport as an athlete and coach for the past fifteen years.  Jason has coached state champions, NCAA All-Americans and professional athletes.
