Training Sessions

Training Session Overview

GetVertical Pole Vault offers four training sessions each year for athletes 12 and over.

  • Fall (October – December)
  • Winter (January – February)
  • Spring (March – May)
  • Summer (June- July)

While athletes can choose to participate in just one of the training sessions, the GVPV staff recommends participating in all four sessions as the training plans are built to develop peak performance with the high school and college championship meets at the end of May and extend that performance through the summer competitions.

All registrations must be done on-line.  You may pay by credit card or, or you may mail your check directly to GVPV.  As always please contact me with any questions.

Participation in any GVPV event requires active membership
